Service Contract

Namepart Service Contract Where the content states, "We," "Us," or "Our," it includes Namepart or any party acting on Namepart's implicit instructions. "You" or "Your" or "Reseller" or "client" or "customer" includes the person purchasing the services and/or any party acting on the customer's instructions. "Member" includes the purchaser of services and/or any party acting on the purchaser's instructions. "The Registrant" includes the person applying for a domain name or any party acting on the Registrant's instructions. "Registry" refers to the relevant domain name. "Server" means the computer server equipment in connection with the provision of the Services. "Web Site" means the area on the Server allocated by us to you for use by you as a site on the Internet. "TOS" includes this agreement. Namepart reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, effective immediately upon posting the modification to this URL: In consideration of the mutual covenants herein, the parties agree to the following, which shall apply during the term of this agreement: By using any portion of Namepart's service, you agree to this service agreement on this document entirely.

This document is the contract between You and Namepart.


1. Namepart does not sell any premium domains, if the premium domain cannot be identified due to technical issues, the full amount of the order will be refunded and Nempert will not be liable for the same.
2. After ordering any domain, it is your responsibility to check whether it has been registered correctly or not, if you face/get any problems, then you must inform/contact our support team as soon as possible.
3. If you want/need to delete any domain, you will be able to do it within 24-72 hours after ordering the domain, but there will be a charge of $0.5-1 dollar. but the time may be different on the situation.
4. If there is any problem related to payment you will be notified, if you do not solve it as soon as possible then the full ownership of that domain will belong to Namepart.

1. In the case of a domain transfer to us, we have no responsibility for the domain until the previous registrar releases the domain and adds it to our control panel.
2. ICANN ascertained time and rules will apply to domain transfer out.


Note: The security of each domain and the privacy of users are our responsibility, but we expect your patience in case of any technical problems.

We don’t refund just because of the negative buying intention without any issues left. But yes, if you really face any issues and we are unable to resolve them, then in this case you can pursue the following methods:.

1. Web hosting, Business hosting, Reseller hosting, and Max cloud. 
2. We do not have a refund policy for VPS and dedicated servers, but if the service cannot be used at all due to our problem, the billing department will consider the matter.
3. Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds on domain services. However, if you need to change your domain within the first 24 hours, we can accommodate that for a small $1 service charge.
4. In the case of third-party services, the refund policy of that service provider will be considered.
5. If the user does not cancel a service and does not renew it, i.e., a service is suspended due to being overdue, then the refund of any other service will not be accepted until the user pays for the suspended service.

Note: The payments for suspended service due to unethical or illegal activities will not be refunded.

Delivery of Services

1. Domain: If there is no technical problem, the domain will be instantly booked in the orderer’s name as soon as the domain payment is done.
2. Web Hosting: For the Location/order/payment/fraud verification may need some time for the service to become active.
3. VPS and Dedicated servers: The order will normally be activated within 1-6 hours, but it may take up to 48 hours in some cases.


The subject of verification is somewhat conditional, as it is a very sensitive issue.

1. Verification is mandatory in the case of VPS and dedicated servers, but the management team can waive this if the user’s account information is deemed correct.
2. This verification may be required after ordering the service in certain areas and sometimes even before ordering the service.
3. We are not obliged to refund payment for any services only on condition of non-verification.
4. Account verification is usually not required for any service other than VPS and dedicated servers, but sometimes if any unethical activities are observed by us or any complaint is received against any website, then account verification may be needed.

General Policies of services and determining their prices

The company has full authority to add or remove any services or packages and can change the prices of those services. However, it is also assured that the services already taken won’t be altered either way within the tenure of those services. Again, as human beings, In case any mistakes happen or we face any emergencies, we won’t alter the prices or features of services without the approval of service takers. This is our ethos and we carry it on our shoulders

Responsibilities and Prohibited Use

You are responsible for the activities of your agents, representatives, and end-users (“Users”) and will they abide by this AUP. The Services shall be used solely for legitimate business and commercial purposes, and you shall not use the Services for activities which, in Namepart’s sole discretion, may be illegal, offensive, abusive, or in a manner that interferes with or adversely affects the Services or use of the Services (including deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks) or that would expose Namrpart to criminal or civil liability. Some examples of prohibited activities follow, but this is not an exhaustive list. You and your Users agree not to use the Services for:

Hacking, phishing, spamming, scamming, identity theft, fraud, forgery, deception, virus or malware distribution, network attacks, and interference with any other user’s use of the Services.

The unauthorised access, monitoring, collection, or use of data, systems or networks.

Transmitting, distributing or storing illegal or fraudulent information or material that will infringe on or otherwise violate any privacy, intellectual property, publicity or other personal rights, including any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary right.

Engaging in offensive activities such as harassment or transmitting or distributing content that is inappropriate, obscene, defamatory, threatening, abusive, that advocates violence, or that violates a law, regulation, or public policy.

Run VPN to bypass internet traffic via bdix or vice-versa.

In addition, you and your Users must comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations related to your use of the Services, specifically data protection and privacy laws, as well as laws relating to unsolicited commercial electronic messages.

The rules of service suspension

Namepart reserves the absolute right to immediately suspend the service due to any unethical, anti-social, or illegal activities. However, the account will be frozen for seven days for the user to apply for a cleanup on his own behalf; if the user does not provide proper proof on his behalf within these seven days, the service will be terminated.

Here are some examples for ease of understanding: Abuse Report, Spamming, Phishing, Proxy Use, VPN Service, Bandwidth Bypass, Copyright, unsocial activity, etc.

This policy includes that if an individual is discovered to possess multiple accounts, the initial account they created will be retained, and other all accounts will be closed.

Support System

We promise about 24/7 support but there are some conditions.
1. This commitment applies only to technical support, not to all other support.
2. We use several methods for support, such as the live chat plugin, WhatsApp, and ticket system. We will provide instant support through WhatsApp and live chat plugin for minor issues that can be resolved instantly; for billing issues and any issues that require root access to be resolved, and all other sensitive issues, you must contact us via ticket.
3. The tickets will be replied to within 3–12 hours, depending on the severity of the issue.
◾ The tickets must be in any specific language, like Bengali or English; a mix of languages is not acceptable.

If anyone doesn’t have that much patience and can’t put up with this issues, then you are humbly requested not to take our services. Instead, take services from those providers who can at least ensure the exact fixing time of issues before they really arrive at your deck.
